Bishop Dress -Fargo March 10, 2004 (06:00pm) In this 3 part class you'll learn to make a smocked bishop. You will pleat your bishop, learn to sew narrow French seams, and make a placket for the back closure. We will work on smocking the sleeves and neck of the bishop dress.
