-Linda's Quilting Retreat A luxury condo in the heart of Berlin, Ohio set up for sewers. Chestnut Ridge Sewing has a two condo units set up for your next sewing/quilting get away. These units contain two private bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds), a large bathroom with shower, and a washer and dryer (so you can pre-shrink your new fabric before you start your new project!) The full sized kitchen has a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, tableware, etc. Coffee, tea, non-dairy creamer, sugar, salt & pepper are also provided. The living room features a recliner and a queen sized sofa bed that will sleep an additional two guests. The condo has cable TV, telephone, air conditioning and a single car garage. For sewing purposes, we will provide up to 6 sewing tables with clamp on Ott lights, 6 chairs, 2 cutting tables with cutting mats, 2 irons and 2 ironing boards. Rates for sewing/quilting the rate is $140 per person for a 3 night stay, with a 3 person minimum. Four to six people in the same unit, the cost is $115 per person, Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Wednesday Three night stay for 3 people $125 a person and 4 or more people are $100 per person. For a 2 night stay, the rate is $110 per person, with a 3 person minimum. Four to six people in the same unit, the rate is $90, Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Wednesday rates for 3 people for a 2 night stay are $90 for 4 or more people are $81 for two nights. Call for rates for non-sewing purposes are less. All units are non-smoking. The condos are within walking distance of 3 fabric stores, a great restaurant, and all of the other Berlin shops. Miller's Dry Goods is less than 5 miles away, down the back roads. Pack your machines, your clothes, your food and enjoy a great time in this area.
